Happy Mother's Day

We hope everyone enjoyed their cards and the fudge on Mother's Day.

My apologies for the fudge. We used a new recipe and it did not look good, but we taste tested it to make sure it tasted ok 👍

  2. Hi Te Awa, its Jade from Te Ngahere. I really like your blog post about “ Mothers Day “ because you have added pictures. I like that you had added pictures because you were showing all of the amazing things you did. You all seemed like you had a lot of fun making amazing stuff for your mums. My brother and I made a cake and got a card for our mum because that is all she wanted. If you had a chance to do this again, what else would you have done?

      Michael said if we did it again, we would make more things than just cards and fudge. We would make cupcakes and cake.

I also like your post because your beautiful smiles made me happy. I hope you all had a lot of fun and spent some time with your mum.   10. Kia ora Te Awa, my name is Mikaila and I am a year 8 student in Te Ngahere from Paihia School. I really liked your blog post about mothers day because I think it is important to celebrate mothers day so our mums know we love them. I thought you did a great job with the chocolate fudge because I was able to have a little bit of my mum’s chocolate fudge and it was amazingly delicious. My mum was so proud that my brother came home and gave his card and chocolate fudge that my brother made. In fact I made an amazing card for her, our cards were really touchy. I’m just wondering but did any of you get to taste the chocolate?

I really liked your post about mother’s day it was cool how you used different coloured paper and made lots of kinds of shapes out of these coloured paper you also did lots of amazing designs like flowers,hearts circles etc. The mixed fudge with chocolate it looked really yummy!!!

Kia Ora Miss Simons and children in Te Awa, my name is Jade and I am in Te Ngahere, I really liked you blog post about mothers day because it is good for them to surprise their mothers with somethings that are amazing and I beat the cards made their mothers day when they got them. I really like how you did the card they were really lovely and fantastic. I also know that it means a lot to my mother because I have not seen her for one year and a half.I got my mum and my nana something for mothers day and it was a block of chocolate each and they loved them.
