Learning about the letter C

We made cat sandwiches on Friday because we have been learning about the letter C. We read the book "Te Mata Paraoa" (The face sandwich) which gave us the idea. We are all very good at writing the word cat now!

We were lucky enough to use Opua School's pool on Friday. We got the bus to Opua. They have a very cool "beach type" little pool where we could practice our floating and blowing bubbles under the water.

Bubbles

 This week we are learning about the letter Bb. We blew bubbles on the school field and wrote about what happened. Here is our wonderful writing!
