Healthy Eating

This Morning Gina (from the energize programme) came to teach us how to make hummus.  We had hummus and carrot sticks (DELICIOUS).
Here is Gina's kid friendly recipe.

Ingredients:
1 can of chick peas
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
a squeeze of lemon juice
salt and pepper

Method:
Just wizz in a blender.
