Thank you cards for Countdown

The staff at countdown Waitangi have been very kind and have collected Countdown lego packets for the students at Paihia School. Each class has received a whole banana box of packets. Yesterday the students in Te Awa counted how many packets we were given. The number was 391!!!!

We have written thank you cards to the staff of our Countdown.

Holiday writing

Please take a look at our fabulous holiday experiences. Our students are learning to talk about something they have done.

When it was the days off I went to the movie theatre with my brother Oliver when he was turning seven. We watched "Clifford the big red dog". The sheep were mean. I loved that part and also we went to Mcdonalds and then we went to a beach. It was a private beach. By Joel

I went bouncing on the tramp at our house. I like bouncing on the tramp. By Jack

It was warm in the pool. When we tried to buy me a floaty, it was too small. But I could touch the bottom with my tippy toes and then we swam for a little bit cause my sister didn't know what time it was. By Dyllyn

Aunty Ash and Aunty Rachel gave us presents. We got candy and we got a new t-shirt and a new hat and they got us some new chalk and they got us some glow sticks. By Alessia

Our School Christmas tree

We made decorations for our School Christmas tree. Our decorations are biodegradable.

We hope you like them. Come and look at our tree on the school field (close to the carpark).

Mrs Lindsay and Whaea Becks and Jeremy and some of our senior students made our tree from this wood.
